What do you need?
- There are studio mats to lie on, but bring your own if if you’d prefer
- Please bring a blanket, a pillow, and a bottle of water
- Please read and acknowledge acceptance of this waiver
- Most of all, leave expectations at the door and bring an open heart and mind
Private In-Person Online Breathwork Journey
One-to-one or two-to-one breathwork sessions for you alone, or you and your partner, loved one, or friend. These sessions are tailored specifically to you and what you are working through, providing a deep connection to your personal experience and healing.
Only available on select evenings, by arrangement
£45 per hour / £40 per hour when booking a 6-session block
