For those who want to develop a breathwork practice, but cannot get to the in-person sessions, online breathwork is an exceptional choice. You are able to receive all of the benefits of a typical breathwork practice and learn the correct breathing techniques, but you get to do it in the comfort of your home.
Many of my regular participants prefer online breathwork classes for this very reason. It can take you to some dark and tender places, which can be difficult to process within the community. Having access to this practice from home offers the best of both worlds.

Registering For An Online Breathwork Session

Group Breathwork Classes
I offer a group online breathwork session once a month for people all over the world who can’t get to a class in person or who prefer to breathe online. There is an exchange of between £1 and £10 asked. By offering a variable amount, I hope to make this incredible transformative and healing tool accessible to anyone who needs it.
These sessions are usually on a weekday night and are held via Zoom. All you need is to register in advance, have access to a computer or smartphone with Zoom downloaded on it, a set of headphones, and a quiet space where you can be left alone for an hour to journey into your body.
What you need to know:
- Date will be communicated here, via email, on social media
- Duration of 1 hour
- 15 minutes of introduction, 30 minutes of breathwork, 15 minutes to share and close
- Registration is required in advance to join
Once-Off Private Online Breathwork
For those wanting a personalised breathwork experience, I offer once-off private online breathwork sessions. These are for attendees who want to share the experience of breathwork, but in a more intimate environment.
What you need to know:
- Sessions are held on either a Tuesday or Thursday night
- Duration of 1 hour with pre-work done in advance and optional integration held afterward
- A questionnaire will be sent for participants to fill out before the session
- The session will be 10 minutes of introduction, 35 minutes of breathwork, 15 minutes to share and close
- Registration and payment are required in advance
- £45 per session
Private Online Breathwork Bundle Of Six Sessions
As per the above, the bundle of six private online breathwork sessions are a slightly more affordable way of breathing online one-to-one.
What you need to know:
- Paid bundle sessions will be held on an agreed-upon date and time with all sessions paid for in advance
- Usually held during the week
- Duration of 1 hour with pre-work done in advance and integration held afterwards
- A questionnaire will be sent for participants to fill out before the session
- The session will be 10 minutes of introduction, 35 minutes of breathwork, 15 minutes to share and close
- Optional integration session
- Registration and payment are required in advance
- £40 per session for a bundle of six online breathwork sessions

My Recommendation For Online Breathwork
I highly recommend booking a bundle of sessions to truly experience the benefit of ongoing breathwork. Not only do you become more comfortable with your breathing technique, but you begin to transform and shift the way that you show up in the world.
