Breathwork and Flow Writing sessions are aligned as close to the New Moon and Full Moon as possible to harness the energy of the moon for our own healing and growth.

Breathwork and flow writing are a beautiful combination of self-care tools. With the Full Moon, we will be pulling weeds or letting go of what no longer serves us and what is weighing us down. With the New Moon, we will be planting seeds and creating intention for what we truly want to manifest in our lives.
Breathe and spend precious time with yourself in the comfort of your own home during our breathwork and flow writing session. You can show up exactly as you are, in comfy clothes and surrounded by all your favourite things. Create an intentional space for yourself and prepare to shift in the best possible ways.
- Each session is 1 hour long
- We start with a meditation, followed by flow writing, and ending with a delicious breathwork session
- Headphones are recommended
- You will need good quality Wi-Fi and Zoom
- You will also need paper and a pen
- Bring your journal for insights, as well as a piece of paper that you can tear up and let go of
- Surround yourself with crystals, candles, comforts, a blanket and pillow
Make sure you won’t be disturbed and make this a sacred space and time for yourself.
