Online HIIT classes happen every Tuesday and Thursday evening. If you can’t attend the LIVE classes, you will be emailed the recording to do in your own time, on-demand. But only if you book. Go ahead and sign up and I’ll see you for a fantastic workout online.
Our online HIIT classes are an incredible way to get your heart rate up, work up a sweat, and burn some calories. They are the perfect complement to our yoga classes, Pilates classes, and low-impact HIIT classes that take place on other days during the week. The online HIIT classes happen every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Each class is different and we cover the entire body from top to toe in each class, working all the major muscle groups.
Using both dumbbells and exercises without weights, we create an all-encompassing class that will lift your vibration and have you glowing afterwards. All exercises can be modified so these classes suitable for all fitness levels.
What Do You Need For Online HIIT Classes?
- An exercise or yoga mat
- A set of dumbbells – 2kg recommended for beginners, 3kg – 5kg for intermediate
- A quiet space
- 30 minutes of your time
- A water bottle
- A sweat towel
- Comfortable, supportive clothing
- Leggings and a fitted top or sports bra will be fine. Aim for clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement
- You can choose if you want to wear shoes or not depending on where you’re working out
