Each class is different and is suitable for all levels of capability, focusing on more beginner to intermediate. It’s a gentle flow that will wake up the body and mind, setting you up for a great day ahead. You don’t need any knowledge of yoga to attend, and you don’t need to be super-flexible or strong.
Join us for your first class – which is free – and you’ll see just how easily you melt into the flow with us. You can also give the Pilates classes, low-impact HIIT classes, and online HIIT classes a go for a full mix of everything to get your body moving and grooving.
What Do You Need For Yoga Classes?
- A sticky yoga mat
- A quiet space
- 30 minutes of your time
- Comfortable clothing
- Yoga leggings and a fitted top will work best. Some inverted poses can have a loose t-shirt flapping over your head revealing your boobs for the world to see. While this is fine, you might feel more comfortable in a fitted top that won’t go anywhere
